Howard Fineman tries to smear Tea Party, comes up short
What on earth could it mean? Is he trying to tell us something about himself?
Twitter, as always, has theories:

lly Jean is not my lover, she’s just a girl, who says that *falsetto* I am the one. RT @howardfineman Bi

But we don’t have to wonder. The man himself explains that he was simply trying to smear the Tea Party:
I should be careful! I was about to say when I hit the wrong button: BIg biz bankrolled Tea Party, which now is driving us off fiscal cliff

Hey, Howard: The national debt has increased more under President Barack Obama than under President George W. Bush. How exactly is that the Tea Party’s fault?
(And don’t blame Republicans in Congress. The Democrats dominated both chambers during the first two years of Obama’s presidency.)
Sounds like Fineman is channeling actor Jason Alexlander.
Maybe this Twitter user had the right idea:
te me. RT @howardfineman: Bi
