Louisiana, Florida, Mississippi, and Alabama declare state of emergency in anticipation of Isaac


With Tropical Storm Isaac expected to become a hurricane after entering the Gulf of Mexico, the four states most likely to be impacted by the storm (Louisiana, Florida, Mississippi, and Alabama) have declared states of emergency.
